The Caribbean faces many of the same public health challenges, yet resources, expertise, and health information systems vary considerably across territories. The SAVOIR project was born from a shared commitment to bring these strengths together in order to strengthen the capacities of each territory. Rather than developing isolated solutions, we chose to build a regional network based on knowledge sharing, training, and innovation around real-world data.
